Below we have prepared a short introduction to the colleagues who have strengthened the teams of Vamoz, Promet Prefix and Promet Corporate Services.

Jaroslav Ševela, Sales Director Vamoz

At the end of last year, Jaroslav Ševela joined the top management of VAMOZ as Sales Director. We are very pleased to welcome Jaroslav among our colleagues. Jaroslav has extensive previous experience from major construction companies, such as SWIETELSKY and PSG, where he worked in both commercial and executive management positions. We wish Jaroslav every success and enjoyment of his work.

Jakub Jašek, Economic Director of Vamoz

You may have met Jakub for more than five years at Promet Group and later at Promet Corporate Services as Group Head of Accounting. As of January 2024, Jakub has moved into a new role with our group, as Chief Economic Officer of Vamoz, with responsibility for the economics of our Engineering division as well. We thank Jakub very much for his work and commitment to the Group. We wish him and his colleagues much success in his new position.

Jiřina Stasieková, Group Accounting Manager

Jiřka took up the position of Group Head of Accounting in January 2024 and in this role she takes over the imaginary baton from Jakub Jasek. Jiřka has previously worked in major multinational companies, for example as Head of Finance at Mayr-Melnhof Holz or as Head of Finance and Accounting at Maxion Wheels. We are very pleased that we have agreed to work with Jiřka and that she has joined the ranks of Promet Group's economic management. We look forward to our joint development and wish her every success.

Vincent Hrubý, Managing Director of Promet Prefix

As of January 2024, Mr. Vincent Hrubý has strengthened the management of Promet Prefix by taking up the position of Managing Director. Vincent has extensive experience in leadership and management positions in major manufacturing companies. Prior to joining our Group, he worked, for example, as Technical and Investment Director at AL Invest Břidličná or as Foundry Plant Manager at Brembo Czech. We are very pleased that Vincent has joined our ranks, we wish him every success and we believe that together with his colleagues from Prefix and from other companies in our metallurgical division he will form a team that will enable us to develop the company and the division significantly.

Michal Františ, Head of Internal Audit, Promet Group

We see the establishment of the internal audit department as an important milestone in the development of our Group. Michal Františ will head the department from February 2024. You may have met Michal in previous years at Vamoz, where he worked for almost five years. Most recently as a process engineer as head of the quality and process management department. Michal's goal will be to build the status and foundations of the internal audit institute in the group and to develop the department in the long term. We wish Michal every success.
