Greening of the Tatra Metalurgie foundry through a camera view
After two years of intensive work, our major modernisation and greening project at the TATRA METALURGIE a.s. foundry in Kopřivnice is nearing completion. Take a look at the new technologies that are part of the costly reconstruction of more than 720 million crowns.
The investment will significantly reduce dust and fugitive emissions from the production process. And by more than 90%! The greening includes new technologies for moulding, melting, extraction and filtration of fumes. A modern furnace cooling system and a new blast furnace are also essential. Some technologies are already in the testing process. Our companies KOFING - general supplier and VAMOZ are involved in the reconstruction of the foundry. The project will be completely finished next spring.
