Hana Caltová became HR Director of Promet Group
Hana Caltová has joined the Promet Group as a key HR director. She is an experienced professional with more than 20 years of experience in HR and team management. She will focus on long-term team development, building the company culture and creating a work environment in line with current trends and the Group's strategy.
With her arrival, Hana Caltova brings a wealth of experience in leading work teams and implementing HR strategies. She worked in a similar position at Kofola, České Radiokomunikace and Sluno. She has also worked in international business, where she had the opportunity to develop sales teams in Europe and Asia.
She understands HR as an abbreviation for Human Relations. Her goal is to develop these relationships with reference to traditional human values and current trends so that they become a significant contribution to the plans and visions of the Promet Group of companies. "I am delighted to be involved in the leadership and development of the HR team in a thriving family business. Quality working relationships and environment are the foundation of economic success. My goal is therefore to create an atmosphere at Promet Group where employees feel comfortable and are motivated to reach their full potential," says Hana Caltová.
