The MIOR/VELKÁ project

For the growing needs of the PROMET Group, we are preparing to completely reconstruct and revive the MIOR building. After the reconstruction, around 5,000 m2 of category A offices will be created here to provide suitable and healthy facilities for employees. We have already received the building permit for this project and the interior designs are in the process of being finalized. This will be followed by the selection of the contractor for this investment, the volume of which is CZK 200 million. Once the contractor has been selected, reconstruction can begin as early as 2022. The completion of the reconstruction will also benefit the surrounding area, which is beginning to undergo the gradual revitalization and culturalization of public areas.

VOJANOVA Project

At the end of last year, we participated in a competition for the use of land in the city center near the puppet theater. Of all the submissions, our proposal was chosen as the winner by the city. We subsequently refined the proposal into its final form and the project can get underway once the final form is approved by the Statutory City of Ostrava. The units in this six-story apartment building with a functional ground floor will offer residents a quiet and peaceful place to live in. We are currently negotiating the completion of the tender documentation for the CZK 150 million investment, which could start at the end of 2023.

RIX Project, headquarters of the PROMET Group

Following up the two adjacent MIOR and Vojanova projects, we have turned our attention to the future of the existing headquarters of PROMET GROUP. At the moment, a conceptual study is being prepared and discussed with preservationists and the city architect, where our goal is to give this corner building its original core values to make it better fit into the changing city center. The current estimated cost of reconstructing the building is around CZK 100 million.
