Michael Tělecký is the new Director of Strategy, Development and Acquisitions
Michael's position is new. His role is to support the management of the Group, divisions and individual companies in the preparation of strategies, business development and the implementation of acquisitions of new companies into the group. "I believe that his many years of experience in this area will help us make the most of our potential and find new opportunities in the market," says Denisa Materová, CEO of Promet Group.

Michael has worked in private equity for more than 25 years. He has been involved in corporate acquisitions, restructurings and mergers from his role as an investment manager. He has a track record of successful projects in a variety of industries. He lives in Prague and travels regularly between our newly established Prague office, Ostrava and all of our companies.
