Vehicle with serial number 10,000!
Today we gathered on the occasion of the production of the ten thousandth vehicle since 2013, when together with the Czechoslovak Group we took over Tatra Automaker and put it into Czech hands.
TATRA TRUCKS produced a vehicle with the serial number 10,000 under the new owners! The 10,000th vehicle is the TATRA PHOENIX 10x10, which will go to Australia to be used by a mining company there.
Tatra was taken over by Czech businessmen Jaroslav Strnad and René Matera in 2013 in the first ever foreclosure auction of the entire company. The Czechoslovak Group, now owned by older son Michal Strnad, owns 65%, and Promet Group 35%.
