We opened the newly renovated Tatra customer center
In September, the newly renovated customer and service center was ceremoniously opened under the guidance of the management and shareholders of Tatra Trucks.
On September 15, 2022, the ceremonial opening of the newly renovated customer and service center took place. The reconstruction, which was approved by the management and shareholders of Tatra Trucks in 2019, was completed in August of this year at a total cost of repairs reaching 79 million crowns.
The former center no longer had enough of the right equipment, the building did not meet today’s requirements for energy efficiency, and the center’s premises were no longer technically suitable for maintenance.
The new customer center has a wide range of uses. The building is used as a place for servicing and repairing Tatra trucks, and at the same time as a training center for workshop specialists from all over the world. It has new classrooms with modern audiovisual equipment, technical aids and exhibits. The new premises also house a spare parts store, customer technical support, and an office for preparing the necessary documentation for vehicle operation.
It should be noted that our company VAMOZ-Servis was in charge of the entire construction work.
