I believe in the expansion of new orders, says VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION Sales Director

Lukáš Křístek became an important addition to our team. His goal is to combine his manufacturing expertise with his business skills to build relationships with key partners and clients in our region.

You haven't been here long, but you must have had time to get a feel for your new position?
I haven't been here long, but I have a good feeling about Vamoz. There is a lot to build on here and I also see a way to continue to build this company. VAMOZ CONSTRUCTION used to focus mainly on industrial construction in the private sector. These should be slightly neglected in the future, and we would like to focus more on civil construction. Educational facilities, office buildings, nursing homes and healthcare in the public sector. This is the direction we would like to follow now. In the last year we have already won public contracts for the county or for the cities.

What is the situation in the construction market now?
In the last three months I see an increase in orders and a slight recovery in the construction market. And because I am optimistic, I believe that these trends in the construction industry will last throughout the year.

What is important for a construction company to be successful in winning new contracts?
Having great references and meeting the qualifications of clients is essential. Studying and understanding the project is essential to putting together the best bid. Meeting or reducing deadlines contributes greatly to reducing ancillary costs, and with the help of a well-crafted schedule, we can optimize ancillary budget costs. At the same time, you need to take some risks and be bold. To be successful, we need to price a significant number of bids. That's why it's important to have a well-cooperating team.

And there is such a team here?
Yes. The budgeters and the sales clerk understand their work, and their high level of expertise is key. I see the connection and cooperation with the company's management as good. Together we can all get it done and be successful.
